Snap It Up is an online retailer specialising in providing supplies and products to businesses large and small.

The following terms and conditions, privacy policy and cookie policy cover services provided by Snap It Up. If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use which outline Snap It Up and your use of this website and its content.

If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use the website. These terms and conditions are governed by English Law.

1.  Information and Disclaimers

1.  Whilst Snap It Up takes works hard to prevent any or all errors and omissions, neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, performance or completeness of information offered on this website for any particular purpose or use.

2.   The material on this website is owned by or licensed to Snap It Up and includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction of all material is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice and with permission given.

3.  Snap It Up will not be held liable in connection to the website, products or services offered both by us or others. This includes direct, indirect or consequential losses.

4.  We are not liable for any financial losses caused a result of using the website.

2. Rights

1.  Snap It Up reserve the right to change or alter any part of the website, with or without notice, both temporarily and permanently. Snap It Up always works to maintain the website at all times, however, it is subject to change.

5. Pricing

1.  All prices quoted for products are correct at the time of writing and are subject to change at any time before or after an order. If the amount is greater than what you have paid you will be given an opportunity to pay the difference or have a full refund.

2.  All prices are exclusive of VAT.

3.  Though we try to ensure all prices are correct at all times, there may be an occasion when something is priced incorrectly; we reserve the right to cancel an order right up to the point an item is delivered. 

4.  We reserve the right to change the price of a product at any time without prior warning or notice.

5. Occasionally, an error may occur and goods may be either incorrectly priced or described in which case we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price or in accordance with the incorrect description or at all. We reserve the right to correct any errors from time to time. We will (at our discretion) either cancel your order and refund the price you have paid or use reasonable endeavours to contact you and ask you whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or correct description. If we are unable to contact you or you do not wish to continue with the order at the correct price or correct description, we will cancel your order and refund the price you have paid.

6.  Products

1.  All products provided are supplied by Snap It Up and are of the highest quality. If a fault or error is found, a refund can be requested.

2.  Snap It Up does not guarantee any results or functions of a product unless clearly stated as part of the product description.

3.  All images are for illustrative purposes only and the look of a product may differ from that advertised. Although we make every effort to clearly display all products, screen resolution, image quality and photographs can edit the way in which a product looks. Where an image is not available, a description or similar image will be presented.

4.  For goods not supplied by Snap It Up, we are not liable for any image representation or product quality.

5.  If you require a specific size, number, colour or specification of a product please mark this clearly on your order to ensure you receive what you require.

7. Delivery

1.  Orders are taken by Snap It Up from Monday - Friday, 9am - 17:30pm. At the time of order we will estimate a delivery time and date. We are not liable to delayed delivery outside of our control.

2.  We require someone to sign for the package at the time of delivery and failure to do so may result in redelivery needing to be arranged.

3.  We always aim to deliver orders as soon as possible, but do ask that at least 30 days is given to allow for delays outside of our control.

4.  As we delivery business to business, please provide details of any issues that may arrive during delivery such as reception, security or drop off problems.

5.  We do not accept responsibility for any goods that are delivered damaged.

8. Returns and Refunds

1.  If you receive an order and it is faulty or damaged, a return can be requested. All returns will only be accepted if they are returned unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving the items.

2.  We do not accept the return of personalised or made-to-order items.

3.  We hold a right to charge a return charge for delivery and have the right to refuse any returned items that fall outside of the realm of being resold if not faulty or damaged.

4.  All payments for returned items will be reimbursed at our earliest convenience, usually within 14 days of the return being processed. This is subject to cheque and bank delays.

9. Payments

1.  All payments for goods should be made within 30 days of the invoice being issued. Failure to do so may result in additional costs or delayed items.

2.  You are held liable to pay interest if delays in payment are made.

3.  Payments via cheque are to be made in advance of the goods being dispatched. A 5 day wait is possible when making payments via cheque as we require payments to clear before dispatching items.

10. Cancellations

1.  You have the right to cancel any order before the goods are dispatched by Snap It Up. This can be done by contacting us directly.

2.  Any cancellations made before dispatch but after payment has been made will result in Snap It Up refunding you the full amount of your order.

3.  Cancellations made after your order has been dispatched will not be valid until the order has been delivered. It is then your responsibility to return the items by requesting a refund. Redelivery charges may be applicable.

4.  Made-to-order and personalised items cannot be cancelled once the order has began production.

5.  Snap It Up hold the right to cancel any order before items are delivered. In this case we will contact you directly to let you know and will refund any and all payments.

6.  If Snap It Up cancel a personalised or made-to-order item, you are not responsible for the cost and will receive a refund.

11. Warranties

1.  All Snap It Up products have a one year warranty. Any goods found faulty within this time will be replaced or repaired at no cost.

2.  The products are not held under warranty for the following issues:

a.  Wear and tear

b.  Damage resulting from poor storage or working conditions

c.  Damage resulting from failure to use the product correctly

d.  Failure to use the product in line with provided instructions

e.  If the product has been altered or changed by you in any way.

3.  Warranties are in addition to standard legal rights of consumer law and are in addition to all existing rights.

12. Liabilities

1.  Snap It Up are not liable for any of the following:

a.  Death or personal injury caused by the products or company negligence, or the negligence of employees of Snap It Up.

b.  Fraud or misrepresentation

c.  Breach of any of the terms and conditions provided in existing law such as the Sales of Goods Act 1979 and the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982.

d.  Defective products
